Crown of Thorns
Andrea Susong Daniels’ Crown of Thorns quilt circa 1880’s was made by her third cousin, Elizabeth ‘”Bettie” Howell Bohannon, mother of Sallie Rose Bohannon, and first cousin of John P. Bohannon. Quilt block installed in 2013. Designed and painted by Sherry Hensley.
This quilt block is located at the Sallie Rose Bohannon Building, 129 S. Main Street, Greeneville. This is also where the Sallie Rose Bohannon quilt painting is.
