Glenmore Mansion Sewing Machine – this mansion you can tour has an antique sewing machine on display. #GlenmoreMansion #SewingMachine
Glenmore Mansion Sewing Machine
Wheeler & Wilson No. 9 sewing machine. The D9 was launched in 1887. I am not sure if it was original or donated piece from era like a lot of the decor and artifacts.
Not much was told to us about the sewing machine or sewing during our tour. However, she was very good and sharing about most everything else, including what is original or not.
In the small gift shop they had a modern sewing kit.
My wife and I did pay the admission for each of us to tour the Glenmore Mansion.
