Many people want it to end now! They are over it. However, it looks like wearing a face mask might be here a bit longer than we all think.
Many health places are saying for at least another year and half to two years perhaps. This would give them plenty of time to develop some kind of vaccine to COVID-19 Coronavirus.
I go back to thinking about the oriental countries, I always remember seeing them in the news and you most always saw someone wearing a face mask. I never thought of it much, until our face covering mandates here in the United States.
We may never know, but for now, face masks and face coverings are going to be here for awhile. We might as well get use to it.
Yes, there are some places that are very laxed on the requirements, while others are strict. More of the stricter mandates are in other countries too.
Besides, if you are a person watcher, you will notice, that people don’t even face masks them properly.
A Face Mask or Face Cover is suppose to cover both your nose and mouth, not one or the other.
So we need to get use to wearing them. We also need to start wearing them properly. Those who are anti-mask, or won’t wear them, may one day be changing their mind and doing so.
AccuWeather, Shan Soe-Lin, a lecturer in global affairs at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, said that people “are going to have to wear masks until there’s a vaccine.” Which Yale experts are stating that could be 12-18 months away.
