Surgical Masks / Disposable Masks

Surgical Masks / Disposable Masks - As the name fits, this is the mask that is usually in the medical field. Usually loose fitting. This type of mask does NOT provide the wearer with a reliable level of protection from inhaling smaller airborne particles and is not considered respiratory protection. This type of mask is also disposable and discarded after each patient encounter.

These filters need to be changed on a regular basis. Usually used in construction or where harsh chemicals are used. This is form fitting too and usually has a seal to the users face.
