Lynne Hope’s mother Imogene Bible Cobble made the quilt in the 1980’s. The quilt was made for her grandson Wes Hope and was gifted to him and his bride Holly. Twinkling Tulip was the last quilt Imogene would make. Quilt block installed in 2015. Designed and painted by Amy Saxonmeyer & friends.
