I saw I had an update on my iPhone and the above message was on it. They add this feature almost two years after mask mandates and most places no longer require face masks.

However, these mandates may come back if the cases of Covid of another virus or pandemic comes along.

Steve Sews still makes and sells face masks if you still need them!

I have not tested this new feature. As I have an iPhone 11, so this feature is not available for mine. So another reason why Apple wants you to keep updating your mobile phone.
