Fiskars has a warranty

Fiskars has a lifetime warranty!

I have an older rotary cutter that the safety button stopped working. When I would go to cut fabric it would pop the blade back in. So I sent in my claim to them.

I did my claim on June 9th and got the typical auto responder email. That they are working on my claim, if they have issues they will contact me or email you with tracking info of the replacement, usually 14-21 business days.

June 22, I was given a tracking number via email of my replace rotary cutter. Checking the tracking it shows created. So it hasn’t mailed out yet. Which was under the typical 14-21 business day as the first email said. I’m sure it is also dependent on the number of claims and employees processing claims etc. Now to wait see when I get the replacement.

June 24, my replacement Fiskars had been delivered! Less than 20 total days to get the replacement.

My replacement Fiskars Class Loop lasted just over a year before doing the same thing popping in when going to cut. I contacted Fiskars again and I got another replacement. I guess this model of not a good model when I googled it. But as long as they will keep replacing it from their lifetime warranty I guess I’ll just keep doing that.

What was your experience in the replacement process?
