A Scout is Helpful

I just came across this and I had to share. I am an Eagle Scout. I attained the highest rank in 1994. Norman Rockwell is one of my favorite artist.

Mixing boy scouting and a quilt just made this art piece even more awesome.

A Scout is Helpful is the third point in the Scout Law.

Norman Rockwell did a lot of artwork for the Boy Scouts.

This artwork is known as Norman Rockwell’s “A Good Sign,” painted in 1941, features a Boy Scout carrying a child bundled in a quilt, accompanied by a curious cat. This heartwarming illustration showcases the scout’s helpful nature and the sense of community, embodying the values of compassion and assistance found in the Scout Law.

Might also bring you to the Scout Slogan, “Do a good turn daily.”
