How are you creative – This is the writing prompt that came up. It asked how I am creative. Well ….
How are you creative
In this writing prompt I will explain how I am creative.
God blessed me creatively in graphic design. I do some freelance graphic design at SteveZ DesignZ. My main job I am a graphic designer for a print shop.
Sewing in Case Binding in the Printing Industry — In bookmaking, the term “case binding” often conjures images of stately hardcover books, their spines lined up on library shelves, exuding a sense of permanence and tradition. But what many may not realize is the intricate process of sewing that lies at the heart of this bookbinding method—a process that not only holds the pages together but also connects us to a centuries-old craft.
JoAnn Fabric and Crafts is filing Bankruptcy — JoAnn Fabric and Crafts, the beloved destination for craft enthusiasts and fabric aficionados, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. This development has sent ripples through the retail sector, particularly among those who have cherished the brand for its quality products and community presence.
The Art of Sewing in Upholstery — Sewing is not just a fundamental skill in the upholstery industry; it’s an art form that breathes life into fabrics and transforms them into functional and aesthetically pleasing pieces. The importance of sewing in upholstery cannot be overstated, as it is the heart of creating durable, beautiful, and customized furniture.
In the quilt of life, Jesus is the stitch that holds it together — When each thread represents a moment, a decision, a breath, life, with its myriad hues and patterns, can sometimes feel overwhelming, as if at any moment, the threads may unravel, leaving us with frayed edges and incomplete stories. Yet, amidst the chaos and beauty of this quilt we call life, there is a stitch that holds steadfast, unwavering in its strength—Jesus.

That’s an interesting question, Steve. How are you creative? Are you creative? Because depending on how creative you are, everything you do might be creative and you’re not really good at managing the rest of your life such as organisational or administrative skills. I’d put myself in that camp. I write, do poetry, photography, paint. The way I think is creative. However, I do need to be practical and get other things done and I try to clump all of these tasks together to stay in that mindset. At times, I find myself experiencing creative overdrive and that’s not necessarily a good thing. I try to maintain some balance and when I sense that coming on, I tread carefully. I’ve just spent three weeks in Sydney on a photography b;itz catching ferries everywhere and being super-stimulated and now I’m writing up my trip and editing photos. Not a lot of balance there but I’m feeling pretty level anyway.
Best wishes,
Rowena
Why we are all uniquely and wonderfully made differently thus world would not function if we are all the same. Good thing we all are blessed with capacity to do some things better than others. We just have to watch doing the comparison game. Thank you for commenting. Have fun with photos, my wife is a photographer. Creative is indeed different to each and everyone of us.
Thanks Steve for bringing up that terrible thing of comparison. I was only reminded of that a few weeks ago but have fallen back into old habits already. Being a perfectionist in some areas also involves comparison with an impossible ideal. Everyone is precious and has their own unique treasure.

We still do compare ourselves part of human nature. I agree we are all precious. If we were the same, we’d be robots.
